By accessing or using CollabWorlds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use CollabWorlds.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CollabWorlds to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications, impersonate others, or interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to CollabWorlds. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service. The CollabWorlds name, logo, and platform design are our proprietary property and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
CollabWorlds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
